This painting was created as a commissioned request,  an expression of our shared appreciation and love for this beautiful country we are surrounded by, here in Northern California. With symbolism specific to the owner, I wanted to capture that time in the Spring, especially, when the grass is still green, and the bounty of Earth enjoyed by all living things.
